HEY BEAUTIES. It’s definitely been a while since I’ve logged on but I’m just going to do a short post about my thirty day challenge. Today being day one. I have recently gained a lot of weight, don’t get me wrong I’m not obese or anything, just more than my usual pretty fit frame (that I take for granted). So starting today, I have decided to make a life style change and get back in to shape. Yesterday I did a pre workout to get me ready for whats ahead the next month. Today Monday September 23, 2013 is day one. I plan to make a schedule at school today with what I can and can’t eat, which days I work out and for how many hours and all that good stuff.
So far, it is 5:17 am I have had two bites of mashed potatoes from KFC, i couldn’t help myself when i saw it in the fridge, and one Yoplait light strawberry yogurt.
I plan to be as much of a vegan as possible. So really sticking to fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Can’t wait to share my progress and results with you.
